Punctum

Punctum is a dot-matrix clock for iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple TV. Beyond the time, it can surface the things you glance at all day — the weather, your next calendar event, and what's playing — all rendered in dots.

• Dot-matrix time and date displays, made to be read across the room
• Optional sources: weather, next event, now playing, timers
• Full Display: a dimmed, always-on clock that can start by itself when your iPhone charges in landscape
• Widgets, including StandBy while a locked iPhone charges
• Runs on iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple TV
• Several icon styles, all built on the same dot grid

Sources are optional, and honest

Each extra source asks for exactly the permission it needs, and only when you first choose it: location for weather, Calendar for the next event, Media & Apple Music for now playing. Deny one and the clock keeps working — the source simply stays blank until you grant it.

Nothing is sent to a server operated by the developer. There is no account, no analytics and no advertising, and event, media and location data never leave the device.

Price

Punctum is a free download. Punctum Pro is an optional one-time purchase ($3.99) with Family Sharing — not a subscription. Restore Purchases lives in Settings → Punctum Pro. Apple handles billing and refunds.
