Span
Planning · iPhone · iOS 17 or later
Plan the day you actually have.
Span sits on top of the Calendar and Reminders you already keep. It helps you see your day and week as one picture — what's fixed, what's flexible, and where the day needs to give a little — without asking you to move your life into yet another app.
- Built on your existing Apple Calendar and Reminders
- Read-only: Span looks, it never edits or deletes your events or reminders
- Day capacity in hours, with plans pencilled into the space that is actually left
- Reflow is explicit: Span shows the exact before and after before it moves anything
- Running-plan handoff, cross-day rollover recovery and a single Undo for each change
- No server and no sync of its own — everything stays on your device
Before you grant access
Span is usable before it touches your calendar: until you allow Calendar and Reminders access it shows a clearly labelled sample day, so you can read the interface without exposing anything. The sample never mixes into your real plans, and granting access reveals your own day exactly as it is — Span does not import the sample into it.
Access is read-only. Plan durations, pencil slots and capacity are Span's own local data; your calendars and reminders are never modified. Location, if you allow it, is used only to estimate travel time to an outing you added.
Price
Span is a free download with no subscription and no in-app purchase. There is no account to create and no data leaves the device.
